Precious Angels Academy "Quality Care & Education For Your Precious Angels" Policies and Procedures

The following policies and procedures are in effect immediately. These policies
and procedures concern the operation of Precious Angels. They are applicable
to all and consistently practiced.
ADMISSION
The children must be between infancy and 12 years of age (this applies to
before and after school care).
All children are required to have current immunizations records and a
physician’s statements indicating a clean bill of health. These documents
are necessary for our files, and are State Health requirements. Meal
application and master care form must be completed at time of registration,
or your child will not be officially enrolled.
An annual registration fee of $55.00 per child is required for admission. This
fee covers insurance fees for the children when in the center or on the bus. The
registration fee is non-refundable and is forwarded to our insurance carrier.
Admission procedures entail a scheduled interview with parents / guardians to
discuss necessary information concerning the child / children, tour facility, and
obtain any other pertinent information about our operation and activities.
